Data & Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal information Porio holds about you at any time.

What we store

• Photos: not stored beyond your session — there is nothing to delete after a scan completes.
• Waitlist email: stored only if you joined the waitlist, and only to notify you about the launch.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@porio.appfrom the address you'd like removed, with the subject "Delete my data". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account

If you have a Porio account, you can also request full account deletion using the same email. Deleting your account removes your profile and any associated stored data.
